Call to action – donations needed to help kids get ready for kindergarten
The United Way of Chester County (UWCC) has issued a community call to action to help local children get ready for kindergarten in the fall. Sponsored by a grant from CCRES, UWCC’s drive will get summer reading materials to public sites.

Kennett Chocolate Fest slated for Feb. 8
KENNETT SQUARE — Do you love to bake or simply love chocolate? Plan to celebrate “all things chocolate” at the Kennett Chocolate Lovers Festival on Sunday, Feb. 8 at Kennett High School between 1 – 4 p.m. Professionals, amateurs and students will vie for ribbons when their creations are judged.
