We have 90 professional artists and 75 UHS student artists Paintings, Wood working, Metal, Blown Glass, Jewelry, Photography, Sculpture, Ceramics, Pottery and more!

UHS grad famous local artist Kelly McConnell Cox is the featured artist and The Silent Auction features more than 40 works of donated art!

Terrain’s creative geniuses will re-imagine the UHS entryway, and Wayne Simpson Architect will create a towering pyramid architectural form in the foyer Catherine’s of Unionville will offer a pre-Gala dinner – call for reservations!

As well as offer box lunches for a Sunday’s event.

Brandywine Prime, as well as other great local restaurants will be serving delicious appetizers Nicolas Anthony Salon & Day Spa are creating “Walking works of Art” and Music from The James Santangelo Trio, Skip Barthold and others will play throughout the 2 days.

This is a fun, lively event that benefits Unionville High School educational programs and projects, and celebrates the artistic creativity that abounds in our local area, and the artistic legacy that Unionville High School continues to nurture. Many of the professional artists at the Gala are Unionville High School graduates, and a separate gallery area will showcase current works of Unionville High School art students. Please come!

In honor of Mr. Jeff Wheet, Art teacher at Unionville High School for 26 years, the Art Gala featured artist Kelly McConnell Cox has painted a portrait of Mr. Wheet to be donated to the school. Please come to the Gala Saturday night for its unveiling. Come to the Gala, and say “cheers” to Mr. Wheet and to the art department for creating this legacy of art and artists!
