CCCBI names Kearney ‘Rising Star’ for 2023

Barsz Gowie Amon & Fultz (BGA&F) announced that Director of Marketing, Alaina Kearney, MPA, has been recognized as the Rising Star of the Year by the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry. The Chamber will also honor Andrea Youndt, CEO of The Chester County Food Bank, as the Female Business Leader of the Year. These esteemed awards celebrate women who have made significant contributions to their industries, communities, and the advancement of women in business. Both women will be honored at the Women Influencing Business (WIB) Awards Dinner at White Manor County Club on Sept. 13, 2023.

Alaina earned her bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College and her master’s degree in public administration from West Chester University. She received multiple awards for excellence in leadership and service. She is an active community member, serving on the board of directors of the Foundation of the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce and the Chester County Chamber Foundation.

Alaina’s role at BGA&F involves overseeing digital and print marketing, public relations, communications and charitable events. She also hosts BGA&F’s leadership podcast, Follow Our Lead, where she has conversations with Greater Philadelphia trailblazers about how they’ve built successful businesses, brands and reputations.
