WEST CHESTER — Scott Gabrielsen, President of the Board of Directors for Connect Thru Cancer (CTC) of West Chester announced the appointment of Bobby Hill of West Chester and Casey Rooney of Wayne as their newest Board members.

Founded in 2007, Connect Thru Cancer is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a variety of free cancer support services and resources throughout the Delaware Valley. As a pioneer in this arena, CTC’s mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals and families during cancer treatment. Their services benefit both the cancer patient and their families, because a cancer diagnosis affects more than just the patient.

The Connect Thru Cancer Board is comprised of a group of professionals who add great value by bringing their expertise and sphere of influence to foster development of the organization. “The additions of Bobby and Casey to our Board will not only strengthen our organization, but will impact our efforts as we continue to expand our reach and cultivate new relationships and ideas moving forward,” said Gabrielsen. “We are very excited about these additions to our team and are very fortunate to have them join us!”

Hill, Founder and Partner, launched Motive Digital Group in 2019, a technology platform that helps businesses execute their digital marketing campaigns and contributes a percentage of their profits to a charity/nonprofit each month. At UVA he became passionate and actively involved in nonprofits and foundations. He ran the Will Barrow Tournament for two years, which raised money for suicide prevention, and the One Love Foundation, mentoring a refugee child every week during his senior year. Hill attended Malvern Preparatory School, class of 2010.
