Seemed to be a busy day in Kennett on the 28th. Out of all of the people traveling that day two people came a long way under the influence in pretty much the same location. Wonder where the party was? Is anyone paying attention to the alarming rate of the deaths, crime and drug activity in this rural community? Wake up people.
