{"id":4984,"date":"2011-09-28T08:46:44","date_gmt":"2011-09-28T12:46:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.unionvilletimes.com\/?p=4984"},"modified":"2011-09-28T08:46:44","modified_gmt":"2011-09-28T12:46:44","slug":"pocopson-will-now-accept-riverside-dedication","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.unionvilletimes.com\/?p=4984","title":{"rendered":"Pocopson will now accept Riverside dedication"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: medium;\">Third time proves a charm for road dedication of Toll Bros. development<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><strong>By Kelli Siehl<\/strong>, <span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><em>Staff Writer, UnionvilleTimes.com<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.unionvilletimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/Riverside.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-4985\" style=\"margin: 4px; border: 2px solid navy;\" title=\"Riverside\" src=\"http:\/\/www.unionvilletimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/Riverside-300x260.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"260\" \/><\/a>POCOPSON \u2014 Third time\u2019s a charm for Toll Brothers as Pocopson Township\u2019s Board of Supervisors voted to accept the dedication of certain roads serving the subdivision of Riverside at Chadds Ford during Monday night\u2019s Board of Supervisors meeting.<\/p>\n<p>First proposed last November, supervisors rejected the road dedication after a report showed various conditions from the original development plan had not been met.<\/p>\n<p>And, this past June, the board of supervisors again voted to disapprove dedication of roads because a number of smaller issues still remained from the 2010 report.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Township Engineer Jim Hatfield, who has been working with Toll Brothers and the Riverside Home Owners Association reported at Monday night\u2019s meeting, \u201cAll punch list items have been completed except two items that Toll has agreed to provide a cash escrow for.\u201d Those two items include repair of a drainage problem at the intersection of Trolley Way and Pocopson Road and a repair for one of the infiltration beds.<\/p>\n<p>Toll Brothers Divisional Vice President, Mike Klein said repair of the drainage problem could be completed within a month.
