\"Obits\"<\/a>Steve Walton,\u00a0<\/i><\/b>age 55, of Kennett Square, PA,\u00a0<\/b>passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2016\u00a0,\u00a0<\/b>at\u00a0<\/b>Penn Presbyterian Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.<\/span><\/p>\n

Born in West Chester, PA, he was the son of Eddie and Jackie Warrick Walton.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He was a Superintendent at Norwood Industries in Malvern, PA, retiring after over 25 years of service.<\/span><\/p>\n

Steve was a past president and coach at the Avon Grove Little League. He maintained the Little League Fields and also the Avon Grove Athletic Fields.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, spending time at his cabin in the mountains, sports, especially little league, youth and high school sports, but most of all, he enjoyed being with his family and friends.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to his mother and father, he is survived by one son, Zach Walton of West Grove, PA; two daughters, Tara Walton Homer and her husband Kevin of West Norriton, PA and Tracey Walton of West Grove, PA; three sisters, Sherri Walton Foster and her husband Phil of Chadds Fjord, PA, Suzanne Walton Testa and her husband Robert of Toughkenamon, PA and Kathleen Walton Laviani of Honeoye Falls, NY; five\u00a0 nephews, Garrett Ockum, Michael Testa, Matt Foster, Dominic Testa and Louis Laviani; three nieces, Bennett Ockum, Kristina Testa and MacKenzie Foster, and his dog Jax.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You are invited to visit with his family and friends from\u00a09:00 to 11:00\u00a0Tuesday\u00a0morning,\u00a0July 12, 2016\u00a0at the Unionville Presbyterian Church, 815 Wollaston Road (Route 82 & Wollaston Road), Unionville, PA. His Funeral service will follow at\u00a011:00. Burial will be in the London Grove Friends Cemetery, Route 926 & Newark Road, London Grove, PA.<\/span><\/p>\n

In lieu of flowers a contribution may be made to the Avon Grove Area Little League, P.O. Box 70, West Grove, PA 19390 (In the memo line, put in memory of Steve Walton) or to the Walton family made out to Tara Homer, 333 Wendover Drive, West Norriton, PA 19403 to help defray medical and funeral expenses.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
