West Whiteland investigators issue warrant for 57-year-old Philadelphia man<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

West Whiteland Township Police are looking for Kevin Blagmon, one of four men accused in a jewelry heist at the Exton Square Mall.<\/p><\/div>\n

An investigation by the West Whiteland Township Police Department into a $15,000 jewelry heist at the Exton Square Mall has resulted in the identification of one of four suspects, detectives said.<\/p>\n

Police said Kevin Blagmon, 57, of the 2000 block of North Stillman Street in Philadelphia, was one of the men involved in the theft, which occurred at approximately 4:15 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 27, at the Zales store. Police said they issued a warrant for Blagmon\u2019s arrest but have so far been unable to locate him.<\/p>\n

Investigators gave this account: Store employees reported that while one man waited outside, three males entered the store and separated once inside. The subjects spoke to different employees and asked to look at jewelry. None of the subjects made a purchase, and soon after they left the store, employees discovered two diamond rings valued at approximately $15,000, missing from a display cabinet.<\/p>\n

Two of the suspects who have not yet been identified were described as a dark-complected African American male between 35 and 45 years of age, approximately 6-foot-2 with a thin build, \u201csalt and pepper\u201d hair, and a beard, and an African American male, approximately 60 years old and 5-foot-6, with an average build, \u00a0\u201csalt and pepper\u201d hair, \u00a0several missing front teeth, and a distinctive necklace with a handgun-shaped, diamond-accented charm, police said.<\/p>\n

Investigators have not recovered the stolen rings nor identified the other persons involved in the theft. <\/b>Anyone with information is urged to contact the West Whiteland Township Police Department at 610-692-5100.
