Contestants are encouraged to be creative and artistic.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->The first-prize winner will receive a $100 Visa gift card; second place, a $50 card; and third place, a $25 card. Send one<b> <\/b>photo to <a href=\"mailto:cchd@chesco.org\">cchd@chesco.org<\/a> in jpg format,\u00a0no smaller than 50 megapixels and no larger than 4MBs.\u00a0Include the following information:\u00a0title of the photo;\u00a0description in 50 words or less, explaining how it relates to being healthy; first and last name, address, and phone; school name; and grade level.<\/p>\n<p>The deadline for submission is Friday, March 22.
