The Chester County Health Department has issued a warning about raw milk products from Kimberton Whole Foods.<\/p><\/div>\n

An alert is being issued by the Chester County Health Department, which said an\u00a0 an increase of severe gastroenteric symptoms among persons who drank raw milk supplied by Kimberton Farms Dairy.<\/p>\n

The distributor, Kimberton Whole Foods, has removed raw milk products packaged by Kimberton Farms Dairy (also known as Camp Hill Village or Kimberton Hills) from its Kimberton and Downingtown stores, said a news release from the Chester County Health Department.<\/p>\n

The Health Department \u00a0is working with the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, Pennsylvania Department of Health, and neighboring county Health Departments on this investigation. Anyone experiencing diarrhea, vomiting, bloody stool, and\/or abdominal pain within two weeks of ingesting raw milk or raw milk products should contact their physician, the release said.<\/p>\n

It is strongly suggested that anyone with raw milk bearing the labels mentioned above discard the remaining product, the release said.\u2028\u00a0\u2028For information on raw milk, visit\u00a0www.chesco.org\/health<\/a>\u00a0or call 610-344-6452.<\/p>\n
