The recipients are\u00a0the Brandywine Ballet Company, $4,630; the Chester County Art Association, $8,274; Historic Yellow springs, $4,426; People’s Light and Theatre Company, $61,217; Phoenix Village Art Center, $2,387; and West Whiteland Friends of the Park, $2,000.<\/dd>\n
